I've heard that when you have an anxiety attack, you remember that moment, time and place every time you are around that place. And it will never go away…
I think if I dis-associate the memory of me having that anxiety attack while I was driving under the bridge that one morning, then I won't freak out every single time I drive under the bridge. But how do I erase that memory from my mind? I have to find a way to replace that memory with a happy memory.
Such a mind trip. This is all in my head and it's frustrating to me that I have no control or cannot control it. Maybe that's what's giving me anxiety. Oh my head hurts!
